Davis Agent is an automated video management platform designed to help content creators schedule, manage, and publish video content to social media channels, including TikTok via official TikTok API integrations (Login Kit and Content Posting API).

3. TikTok Account Authorization

When connecting your TikTok account to Davis Agent, you grant us permission to access specific account information (user.info.basic) and perform video upload actions (video.upload) strictly on your behalf and according to your instructions.

4. User Responsibilities & Content Compliance

You retain full ownership and responsibility for all content published through Davis Agent. You agree that:

• All uploaded videos comply with TikTok Community Guidelines and Terms of Service.
• You own or hold all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions for the media you publish.
• You will properly disclose any branded or commercial content as required by applicable laws and platform policies.

5. Termination & Revocation

You may revoke Davis Agent's access to your TikTok account at any time via your TikTok Security & App Permissions settings or by contacting our support team.

6. Limitation of Liability

Davis Agent is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for network disruptions, API availability changes imposed by third-party platforms, or content removed by social media networks for policy violations.
