1. Information We Collect

When you authorize Davis Agent to connect with your TikTok account, we collect only the minimal data necessary to provide our services:

  • Basic Profile Information: TikTok Open ID, display name, and avatar URL (user.info.basic).
  • Media Assets & Metadata: Video files, captions, privacy settings, and interaction toggles that you explicitly select for uploading (video.upload).
  • OAuth Tokens: Encrypted Access Tokens and Refresh Tokens required to maintain API connection.

2. How We Use Information

Collected data is strictly used for:

  • Authenticating channel ownership and displaying creator credentials on your dashboard.
  • Executing automated video upload and publishing workflows as configured by the user.

We DO NOT sell, rent, trade, or transfer your personal data or authentication tokens to any third parties.

3. Data Security

All authentication tokens are encrypted at rest using AES-256 standard encryption and transmitted securely over HTTPS. Token access is restricted to automated system background tasks required for publishing.

4. User Right & Data Deletion Instructions

You can revoke access and request the complete deletion of your stored account data at any time through either of the following methods:

  1. Directly via TikTok App: Open TikTok → Profile → Settings and Privacy → Security → App Permissions → Select Davis Agent and click Remove Access.
  2. Email Data Deletion Request: Send an email to support@metaldeadra.io.vn with the subject line "TikTok Data Deletion Request - [Your TikTok Open ID or Display Name]". All associated tokens and record logs will be permanently deleted within 24 business hours.
